In my home in Paris, gastronomy was never just a habit—it was a way of life.
From an early age, I was surrounded by unforgettable flavors, textures, and aromas.
My parents cooked with love and skill, filling our home with delicious dishes that became cherished memories.
That’s where my passion for cooking and the gourmet world was born.

Years later, life brought me to Spain, a country I fell deeply in love with.

There, I found warmth, authenticity, and a passion for life that inspired a dream: Casa Eli Gourmet.

Casa Eli is a tribute to those moments made to be savored—to meals shared, to artisanal products that tell a story, and to that universal connection between pleasure, beauty, and togetherness.
